David has been serving BBQ to family and friends for over 20 years, and brewing beer for over 5 years. He’s also been known to whip up delicious food in the kitchen, combining his artistic personality to be creative with food. Don’t be surprised when our menu includes a unique sampling of something not related to BBQ.
Mona grew up with home cooked food every day, except for the occasional treat to a burger joint, thanks to a stay-at-home mom and a dad who cooked some tasty weekend meals, both of whom were a big influence on how she would choose to feed her own children. With two little ones by the time she was 21, she had to stretch a tight budget, so she could take whatever smorgasbord was in the fridge and pantry and create a delicious meal for her little family. Fast forward 30 something years later, and that little family has grown by two daughters-in-law, six grandkids and one great-grandchild and her love for cooking has grown because of her love of feeding her family. She has been known to take recipes and tweak them by adding her own “Nana” touch, where the main ingredient is love followed by whatever else she throws in.
